Firm cofounder Bruce D. Frankel possesses similar sterling credentials, and has practiced law in Florida since 1977. He is a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer, having been certified by the Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education . Mr. Frankel is a former Associate Editor of the Dickinson Law Review, and the author of: Comment, "Parental Liability for a Child's Tortious Acts," an articles published in the Dickinson Law Review in 1977. Mr. Frankel is a member of the Lee County Bar Association, The Florida Bar Association, and the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers. He practices in the areas of: Personal Injury, Wrongful Death; Nursing Home Abuse, Medical Malpractice.
